Introduction to ISWB Explosion-Proof Horizontal Centrifugal Oil PumpThe ISWB explosion-proof horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal oil pump mainly consists of three parts: the pump, the motor and the base. The pump structure includes components such as the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, etc. It is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump. The pump body and the pump cover are split from the back of the impeller, which is a rear-opening structure. Most pumps are provided with sealing rings on both the front and back of the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover plate of the impeller to balance the axial force acting on the rotor. The pump inlet is horizontally axial suction, and the outlet is arranged vertically upward. The pump and the motor are coaxial, and the double angular contact ball bearing structure is adopted at the shaft extension end of the motor, which can partially balance the residual axial force of the pump. The pump and the motor are connected, and no alignment is required during installation. They have a common base and are isolated by JG type vibration isolators. It is improved on the basis of the ISW horizontal centrifugal pump, equipped with an explosion-proof motor and a copper impeller, for conveying oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids.
